Evangenitals drummer David Hurlin has started a new music-focused blog called The New Paradigm and I highly recommend checking it out.

His first entry, Manifesto of the New Paradigm, is insightful, inspiring, and funny as hell... which is just the kind of mad-lib combo-punch that I like to receive right in the brain. Kudos!

Just came across this video on YouTube of Evangenitals drummer/percussionist/peacemaker David Hurlin performing an extended drum solo back in Iowa with the Jefferson County Green Band.

Now that we know he's got it in him, you can expect some serious "dynamics of the drum" demonstrations at upcoming Evangenitals jamborees. :-)
